SECTION 9 TRACK RENTALS

1. Track rental must be scheduled through track office, Ph. 336-585-1200.

2. 3 hour minimum, maximum 3 cars per rental.

3. Rental fees are per car & driver, not per team.

4. Payment of rental fee is due at the start of your rental session.

5. You may request a rescue unit to be on-site during your rental session. Request for rescue unit must be made seven (7) days in advance of the rental session date. Rate is $85 per hour, payable to the rescue unit.

6. Only one (1) car will be allowed on the track at a time.

7. Drivers must be wearing a helmet and full fire resistant driving suit to be allowed on the track for practice.

8. Rental sessions begin at the time scheduled and end at the time scheduled. Billing begins at the scheduled start time, not your actual arrival time. Please be ready to park and begin unloading at your scheduled start time. Please be loaded up and ready to pull out at the time scheduled for your session to end. Please book the amount of time needed for your session accordingly.

9.Track Rental schedule:

During the off season Mon.- Sat. 9am - 5pm

During racing season Mon. 9am - 5pm Tues. 9am - 5pm Wed. 9am – 5pm Thurs. 9am – 1pm Fri. Not Available Sat. 9am - 5pm Sun. Not available

10. Rental Rates:

Local and regional cars have a three (3) hour minimum rental time. National touring series cars have a four (4) hour minimum rental time. No exceptions.

Local classes scheduled to race at Ace in 2004: $150 - one car - three hours ($50 for each additional hour)

$210 - two cars & drivers - three hours ($35 per car for each additional hour)

$315 - three cars & drivers - three hours ($35 per car for each additional hour)

Regional touring series cars $225 per car - three hours ($75 per car for each additional hour)

National touring series cars (Winston Cup, Busch, Craftsman Truck, ASA, etc.) $400 per car - four hours ($100 per car for each additional hour)
