The acespeedway.com Privacy Policy is simple.  We collect only the information that we must collect from site visitors in order to properly operate the website and to ensure site security.  User names and email addresses are required for user registration, but this information will never be given or sold to any third party for any reason. The use of cookies and javascripts are necessary for our site to function, but these do not collect any personal information from any visitor.  We DO log IP addresses, so no funny stuff.

User Agreement

The acespeedway.com website is provided to promote our track, drivers and sponsors, and for the enjoyment of our fans.  By accessing the acespeedway.com website, you agree to hold harmless Ace Speedway, its owner, management, employees, contractors and sponsors from any and all losses or damages, direct or indirect, that may occur as a result of accessing the acespeedway.com website or from the inability to access the site.

User Registration and Forum

We reserve the right to delete registered users, with or without notice, who abuse their registration privileges. This is especially true of abusive, threatening or profane language on the message board.  Even though we do not chose to moderate our board at this time, we reserve the right to do so, or to permanently ban any user who displays inappropriate conduct on the message board.
